Leadership & Experts
MTD Micro Molding has a long history of being a pioneer in micro manufacturing, thanks to the legacy of innovation and values established by Richard and Dennis Tully. Our company remains under the ownership of the Tully family, supported by a trusted and experienced leadership team.
Leadership

Chad Nikel
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Chad leads the company's operational performance, customer partnerships, and long-term direction. He brings more than 25 years of leadership in medical device manufacturing, including as President and CEO of a global CDMO and President of the Global Plasma and Blood Center at Haemonetics Corporation. That dual vantage point — understanding what OEMs need from a specialist manufacturing partner, and what it costs when that partner can't deliver — is directly relevant to the programs MTD takes on. His work has consistently centered on regulated manufacturing, FDA quality systems, and building the team discipline that high-stakes medical device programs require. Chad holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from St. Mary's University.

Maggie Beauregard
Director of Quality
Maggie leads MTD's quality function with day-to-day responsibility for the systems, audits, and product-release discipline that hold across ISO 13485:2016, ISO 15378:2017, and ISO 9001:2015 certifications and FDA registration. She supervises MTD's internal audit function, serves as the primary point of contact for customer and certification-body audits, and oversees auditor training across the team. Her master's in Medical Device Regulatory Affairs gives MTD direct expertise in the regulatory frameworks customers are designing into. Plastics News named her a Woman Breaking the Mold in 2021 in recognition of her contribution to the industry.

John Clark
Director of Operations
John leads MTD's day-to-day operational performance across tooling, molding, metrology, and packaging — driving the cross-functional discipline that lets MTD ship programs other molders can't quote. He originally started at MTD as a toolmaker in 2008 and has built leadership experience across tooling, project management, and manufacturing operations in the years since, giving him a working knowledge of every department he now oversees. Continuous-improvement programs across the production floor sit under his function.

Lindsay Mann
Director of Commercial Strategy
Lindsay leads MTD's commercial strategy and new-business development, working with medical device and healthtech OEMs from the first conversation through program qualification. She owns customer-program development and industry-partnership relationships across the medical and healthtech markets MTD serves, and is the primary point of contact for press, partnership, and industry inquiries. Lindsay's work earned the Plastics News 2017 Marketing Campaign of the Year award, and she has helped MTD earn well-deserved industry recognition over the years.

Nick Scenna
Production Manager
Nick joined the MTD team in 2026, after more than a decade leading teams in complex, high-stakes manufacturing environments.
