Dennis was the President of MTD Micro Molding until 2019. With nearly 30 years of engineering expertise, Dennis focused on engineering and manufacturing micro molded products for the medical industry since 1998. His commitment to excellence, engineering background, and deep expertise in tool making fundamentals allowed MTD Micro Molding to pioneer many of the feature-rich micro products that continue to exceed customer expectations while advancing new technologies in the medical industry.

Executive Vice President
Gary has been with MTD Micro Molding since 2003 and has been integral to the creation of operational processes, policies and systems that ensure MTD products are developed with the accuracy and precision that customers have come to expect. Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to MTD Micro Molding, with more than 23 years of dedicated experience in the plastic-injection mold design and manufacturing industry.
Jared became part of the MTD team in 2013. He has a certificate in Plastics Engineering and Technology from the AIM Institute and is responsible for all aspects of molding production, ensuring that part quality meets or exceeds internal or customer requirements. As production supervisor, Jared maintains quality objectives while focusing on process improvements and production department efficiency.
John joined MTD Micro Molding in 2008 as a toolmaker. In 2011, he was promoted to tooling supervisor and in 2016, he obtained his AIM Institute PTE Certificate and took on a project management role at MTD where he quoted and managed new projects. In 2018, John was promoted to Operations Manager and oversees the tooling and molding departments, ensuring the organization is running smoothly and efficiently in order to meet the expectations and needs of our customers.
Director of Quality
Kim comes to MTD with over 10 years of Quality System and Medical Product Quality experience. Prior to joining MTD, he spent ten years as Quality Manager of a 24/7 molding operation that manufactured bioabsorbable micro medical devices and non-invasive, single-use medical products. With over 20 years experience in the tooling industry, Kim is knowledgeable about both tooling processes and techniques. He is also thoroughly experienced in full medical device validation, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
Patrick holds a Plastics Engineering degree from Penn State where he specialized in Research and Development techniques. At MTD, his primary focus is on developing new prototype equipment and investigating the unique polymer phenomena that are so often found in micro medical processing. His knowledge of polymer behavior serves as a valuable resource in our constant effort to grow, learn, and remain at the forefront of micromolding technology.
Dave holds a B.S. and M.S. in Plastics Engineering from UMass Lowell along with Master Molder 1 and 2 certifications and has been in the medical molding industry since 2014. As process engineer, Dave develops processes for new molds, optimizing part quality and functionality. He also manages automation activities during process development and validation to provide a smooth transition to production.
Kyle brings more than 26 years of injection mold design expertise to MTD. As tooling supervisor, he manages the tooling workflow, designs micro injection molds and associated tooling, performs mold flow analyses, and provides product design support for customers. Kyle also supervises the production, maintenance, and repair of micro molds in MTD’s in-house tooling department.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Lindsay has been with MTD Micro Molding since 2009. She is responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational Marketing and New Business Development activities at MTD Micro Molding. She lends her Finance and Operations Management education to MTD, developing and executing marketing programs and business systems resulting in increased company exposure, customer traffic, and new business.
Alex has been with MTD Micro Molding since 2011. He holds a degree in Plastics Engineering from UMass Lowell and a Master Molder certification. Alex transitioned from the role of Process Engineer to Project Engineer, with his engineering background being instrumental in effective customer communication. Alex works closely with internal groups and customers as the IQ/OQ/PQ process development and validation project lead for all bioresorbable and thermoplastic projects.
Sherry joined the MTD Micro Molding team in 2012. Starting as a Program Coordinator at MTD, she is now part of the sales team, with a focus on key account management and providing customized solutions to our customers. She acts as a liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure expectations are exceeded and solutions and best options are provided.
As the project lead at MTD, Sandra is recognized for her ability to successfully achieve customers’ goals and deadlines in a timely manner. She uses her sharp communication skills to relay time-sensitive information and provide frequent status updates to our customers, while always being readily available for questions and feedback.
Peter holds a Plastics Engineering degree and a Master Molder certification and oversees automation and molding processes at MTD Micro Molding. Peter brings more than 30 years of process and automation engineering experience to MTD and uses this deep expertise to help validate existing process procedures and to establish new ones by researching and implementing new technologies to the micro molding world.
