Dennis is the President of MTD Micro Molding. With nearly 30 years of engineering expertise, Dennis has been focused on engineering and manufacturing micro molded products for the medical industry since 1998. His commitment to excellence, engineering background, and deep expertise in tool making fundamentals has allowed MTD Micro Molding to pioneer many of the feature-rich micro products that continue to exceed customer expectations while advancing new technologies in the medical industry.

Executive Vice President
Gary has been with MTD Micro Molding since 2003 and has been integral to the creation of operational processes, policies and systems that ensure MTD products are developed with the accuracy and precision that customers have come to expect. Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to MTD Micro Molding, with more than 23 years of dedicated experience in the plastic-injection mold design and manufacturing industry.
John joined MTD Micro Molding in 2008 as a toolmaker. In 2011, he was promoted to tooling supervisor and in 2016, he obtained his AIM Institute PTE Certificate and took on a project management role at MTD where he quoted and managed new projects. In 2018, John was promoted to Operations Manager and oversees the tooling and molding departments, ensuring the organization is running smoothly and efficiently in order to meet the expectations and needs of our customers.
Director of Quality
Kim comes to MTD with over 10 years of Quality System and Medical Product Quality experience. Prior to joining MTD, he spent ten years as Quality Manager of a 24/7 molding operation that manufactured bioabsorbable micro medical devices and non-invasive, single-use medical products. With over 20 years experience in the tooling industry, Kim is knowledgeable about both tooling processes and techniques. He is also thoroughly experienced in full medical device validation, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
As the project lead at MTD, Jessica is recognized for her ability to successfully achieve customers’ goals and deadlines in a timely manner. She uses her sharp communication skills to relay time-sensitive information and provide frequent status updates to our customers, while always being readily available for questions and feedback.
Kyle brings more than 26 years of injection mold design expertise to MTD. As tooling supervisor, he manages the tooling workflow, designs micro injection molds and associated tooling, performs mold flow analyses, and provides product design support for customers. Kyle also supervises the production, maintenance, and repair of micro molds in MTD’s in-house tooling department.
Director of Marketing
Lindsay has been with MTD Micro Molding since 2009. Having started as a Project Manager, she is now responsible for MTD’s marketing strategies, brand vision development and awareness, and digital marketing. She lends her Finance and Operations Management education to MTD Micro Molding, managing marketing campaigns, budgets, sales-driving collateral & support, and tradeshow & event strategy.
Alex has been with MTD Micro Molding since 2011. He holds a degree in Plastics Engineering from UMass Lowell and a Master Molder certification. Alex transitioned from the role of Process Engineer to Project Engineer, with his engineering background being instrumental in effective customer communication. Alex works closely with internal groups and customers as the IQ/OQ/PQ process development and validation project lead for all bioresorbable and thermoplastic projects.
Sherry joined the MTD Micro Molding team in 2012. Starting as a Program Coordinator at MTD, she is now part of the sales team, focusing on new business development and key account management.
Peter holds a Plastics Engineering degree and a Master Molder certification and oversees automation and molding processes at MTD Micro Molding. Peter brings more than 30 years of process and automation engineering experience to MTD and uses this deep expertise to help validate existing process procedures and to establish new ones by researching and implementing new technologies to the micro molding world.
