Maggie joined the MTD team in 2013. As quality manager, she manages and maintains MTD product release programs and works within the quality system to implement and monitor controls and procedures. In 2021, she obtained a master’s degree in medical device regulatory affairs from Northeastern University. This experience, along with her training and auditor supervision responsibilities, helps MTD Micro Molding achieve its exceptional quality standards.

Sherry joined the MTD Micro Molding team in 2012. Starting as a Program Coordinator at MTD, she is now part of the sales team, with a focus on key account management and providing customized solutions to our customers. She acts as a liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure expectations are exceeded and solutions and best options are provided.

Lindsay has been with MTD Micro Molding since 2009. She is responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational Marketing and New Business Development activities at MTD Micro Molding. She lends her Finance and Operations Management education to MTD, developing and executing marketing programs and business systems resulting in increased company exposure, customer traffic, and new business.

Cheyenne joined the MTD Micro Molding team in 2019. She lends her customer service and support experience to the sales team, focusing on account management. She develops and manages client relationships by providing customized solutions, anticipating client needs, and working within the company to ensure deadlines are met to help the client succeed.

Joining the MTD team in 2020, Katie lends her 18 years of customer service experience to her role as program coordinator. She is responsible for managing all customer needs and requests, as well as supporting MTD’s project management and process development teams. With a focus on strong communication, fast response time, and a positive attitude, Katie develops and maintains relationships to effectively collaborate and drive results.

Jason joined MTD in 2024, bringing his background as a biomedical engineer with experience in project management and quality engineering. He leverages his expertise to manage multi-disciplinary programs from development through production, collaborating on project design, tooling, and validation. Jason ensures timelines and quality goals are met while serving as the primary technical interface with customers. With a focus on precision and process improvement, he drives project success and builds strong customer relationships.

Peter Wojtas holds a Plastics Engineering degree and a Master Molder certification and oversees automation and molding processes at MTD Micro Molding. Peter brings more than 30 years of process and automation engineering experience to MTD and uses this deep expertise to help validate existing process procedures and to establish new ones by researching and implementing new technologies to the micro molding world.
