On April 26, MTD accepts the Manufacturing Excellence Award for small business category at Worcester Business Journal‘s 2nd Annual Manufacturing Summit. The event took place at The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester and was attended by the best of the best in Central Massachusetts manufacturing.
We were reminded that Massachusetts is comprised of world-class manufacturing companies with more than 7,200 manufacturing companies in the state. And Mass. remains the #1 state in R&D spending, technology transfers, science/engineering publications, etc. The key attributes of truly excellent manufacturing companies, the ones that create today’s disruptive technologies, were discussed by keynote speaker, Ira Moskowitz.
