Micro Material: This implantable ENT device is molded from ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA).

Micro Features: The tube design features an internal diameter of 1mm.

Description: This medical device required minimal gate vestige to avoid skin irritation during use. Because EVA is a very soft material, we created a specialized tooling construction to control vestige at the gate location.
